PalawanPay, the e-wallet app of Palawan Pawnshop Group, has gained 10 million users in one year, making it one of the fastest-growing e-wallet apps in the Philippines. Aside from that feat, PalawanPay is the second most downloaded e-wallet app in the Google Play store and the 10th in the Apple store.

Its growth is fueled by the app’s wide array of financial solutions that includes a unique send money feature that enables customers to transfer funds and cash out from any of the 10,000 authorized branches and agents of Palawan Express Pera Padala nationwide.

Aside from that PalawanPay offers a lower Instapay fee of only Php 10 to send money to other banks and e-wallets–compared to Php 25 pesos charged by its competitors. Another big growth driver for PalawanPay is its support for QRPH POS payments, where customers can conveniently pay for their purchases in restaurants, shops, transportation facilities, cinemas, hotels, hospitals, clinics, and even sari-sari stores by scanning the QR code.

To date, PalawanPay has expanded its reach to over 600 billers and offers more than 370 load variants to choose from to suit the needs of its users.
