Here’s How The Frame was Showcased at Art Basel Hong Kong

As the world continues to evolve in the digital space, it’s only natural that art evolves with it. For many artists and art lovers, digital platforms are no longer just a space to share work, but an essential canvas. At this year’s Art Basel Hong Kong, Samsung breathed more life into its vision through its immersive Art Cube lounge, where technology met creativity in an inspiring showcase of modern masterpieces with its The Frame TV.

Among the guests who experienced the ArtCube lounge firsthand was artist, actress, and long-time creative Solenn Heusaff, who explored the beauty of breathtaking digital art displayed through Samsung’s cutting-edge TV technology.

At the heart of Solenn’s Art Basel experience was Samsung’s The Frame TV, redefining how art is seen and appreciated in the digital age as the Official Art TV of Art Basel. Under the theme “Borderless: Dive into the Art,” the lounge showcased how The Frame brings masterpieces from the world’s top galleries into homes with breathtaking 4K clarity and lifelike textures. The Frame features QLED 4K resolution with 100% Color Volume, allowing artworks to come alive in vibrant detail and incredible depth. Whether it’s a classic oil painting or a modern digital piece, the textures, brushstrokes, and tones are rendered so lifelike, they feel like gallery originals displayed in your own home.

Heussaff joined attendees in discovering the exclusive Art Basel Hong Kong collection on the Samsung Art Store, featuring 23 works by celebrated international artists such as Zhu Jinshi, Jimok Choi, and Bae Yoon Hwan. Displayed on The Frame and Samsung’s premium MICRO LED and Neo QLED 8K models, the artworks appeared as if they had been painted directly onto the screen.

“Seeing how this sleek TV brings over 2,600 stunning artworks to life is just unreal!” Heussaff shared in an Instagram post.

With a slim profile and customizable bezels, The Frame seamlessly blends into any interior. When switched to Art Mode, it transforms from a high-performance TV into what looks like framed artwork. The Samsung Art Store gives Frame users access to a world of curated content, featuring more than 3,000 artworks from leading museums and galleries. The collection also updates regularly, offering a dynamic, ever-evolving experience of art at your fingertips.
