After bagging the second spot last year, Smart is now the top company in the Philippines for 2022 in the latest report from LinkedIn.

LinkedIn explained in its Top Companies in the Philippines 2022 report that one of Smart’s key strengths as a company is how it supported the mental health of its employees through its Mind Your Health program. The said program has a series of 15 online episodes featuring clinical experts and mental health advocates talking about key mental health issues and how to deal with them.

Metrobank is also credited for prioritizing the well-being of its employees through various wellness programs like a strong work-from-home policy and programs that support its employees’ mental health.

Accenture, which jumped from 9th place last year to 2nd place this year, is credited for providing the necessary equipment for its employees that have vision, hearing, speech, or mobility impairments, on top of helping non-college job applicants in meeting the requirements for entry-level jobs.
