If you’re an Army and are looking forward to watching the concert of BTS’ J-Hope, Smart will be treating both its postpaid and prepaid subscribers with a presale event happening on February 20, 10 am. J-Hope’s highly anticipated “Hope on the Stage” concert at MOA Arena from April 12-13 is his first stop after South Korea and the USA.
To join the presale event for the upcoming J-Hope concert, subscribers must first download the Smart App on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. From February 13 to 18, Smart Prepaid subscribers may get their presale access code upon loading on the Smart App. Postpaid subscribers with Plan 599 to 2999 may redeem their presale access code on the app from February 14 to 18 by clicking the “Hope on the Stage” tab. Smart Infinity members, meanwhile, may automatically get their presale access code on the app.
Do note that securing a presale access code only gives subscribers a chance to participate in the Smart Presale Event on a first-come-first-served basis, and does not automatically guarantee a ticket. This means subscribers need to best other participants as soon as the Smart Presale Event opens on February 20 at 10 am.
Those who successfully enter the Smart Presale Event may follow these steps to proceed with their ticket purchase.
- Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
- Search for “j-hope” and click “Find out more.”
- Scroll down and click on “Smart Presale.” You’ll be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
- Log in, then select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.”
- Enter your presale access code. A maximum of two (2) tickets per single transaction is allowed. Two (2) tickets must be purchased at once.
- Select your desired seat(s) and complete the payment.
Upon a successful transaction, subscribers will receive an email containing their claim ticket voucher, or it will appear under My Account > My Ticket.
J-Hope made waves as the first BTS member to debut on the Billboard Hot 100 as a solo act. He released his solo album Jack in the Box in 2022 featuring hits like More, Arson, Equal Sign, and more.
