With the Camon 20 Premier being the top-end model, the rest of the TECNO Camon 20 series have one thing in common: all four variants have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, making the Camon 20 series match what the Redmi Note 12 series have to offer.
The similarities between the Camon 20, 20 Pro, and 20 Pro 5G do not stop there: they all have a 64-megapixel main camera, 2-megapixel macro camera, 32-megapixel selfie camera, IP53 rating, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 33w charging. Aside from that, all three come with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
What makes them different? For one, the Camon 20 Pro 5G uses a Dimensity 8050 (aka Dimensity 1300) processor, while the Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 use a Helio G99 and Helio G85 respectively. The Camon 20 Pro 5G has OIS on the main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, while the Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 settle for a QVGA depth sensor. Finally, only the vanilla Camon 20 settles for a side-mounted fingerprint scanner–both Pro models have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
TECNO did confirm that the Camon 20 Pro 5G will be priced at $300(~Php 16.8k) and is available in Nigeria. TECNO also confirmed that the entire Camon 20 series–including the Premier–will be available in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Southern Asia soon.
