Mobile World Congress isn’t slated to start until later today, but Huawei has already announced a slew of new products to kick off the tech conference. Aside from the refreshed MateBook X 2022, Huawei also announced their new, fourth-generation MateBook E 2022.
The MateBook E 2022 is the brand’s 2-in-1 line, and the fourth-gen example has a 12.6-inch OLED display that’s paired with a tough, magnesium allow body. The overall weight for the 2-in-1 is around 709 grams, and it’s only 7.99mm thick.
Those dimensions are impressive considering that the chassis packs an 11th generation Intel Core processor, embedded Iris X graphics as well as 16GB of dual-channel RAM, 512GB of storage, and a heat-dissipating solution that keeps its thin-and-light body cool without the associated noise.
The 2-in-1 will come bundled with a keyboard folio case depending on the region, as well as Huawei’s second-generation M-Pencil that now has a 2ms of response time and 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity. The keyboard, the laptop’s capability of working with other HarmonyOS devices as well as its stylus support all lead Huawei to call the MateBook E 2022 a “mobile productivity powerhouse”.
the Huawei MateBook E 2022 has a price of €649 (Php 37.5K) for the Core i3 version, with configurations going up in price up to €1,349 (Php 78K) for the Core i7 version.
