Eight months after introducing the Nord CE, OnePlus announces the second generation of its Core Edition Nord model. Like its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 aims to offer the core features of the Nord 2.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Specs:
- Dimensity 900 processor
- 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM
- 128GB UFS 3.1 storage, expandable via MicroSD

- 64-megapixel f/1.8 main camera with PDAF, 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel f/2.4 depth sensor
- 16-megapixel f/2.4 selfie camera with EIS
- 4G, 5G
- WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, in-display fingerprint scanner
- NFC
- 4500mAh battery
- 65w fast charging
- Android 11, OxygenOS 11.3
Unlike with the Nord CE having a similar design with the OG Nord, the Nord CE 2 has a slightly different design compared to the Nord 2. Loong up close at the camera module, it appears that the Nord CE 2 has a camera bump that looks closer to the Find X3 Pro. Like its predecessor, you get the same triple rear camera setup that consists of a 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Other than the design, other changes on the Nord CE 2 is the use of Dimensity 900 processor instead of a Snapdragon 750G, along with UFS 3.1 storage with MicroSD expansion. The rest of the specs remain the same: 6.43-inch 90hz AMOLED display, 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a 4500mAh battery with 65w wired charging.
Thye Nord CE 2 starts at INR 23,999(~Php 16.5k) for the 6GB/128GB variant, and it will go on sale in India on February 22 and in Europe on March 10.
