Aside from the Camon 20 Pro Series, TECNO made a surprise during its launch by announcing the availability of the Phantom V Fold in the Philippines. This makes TECNO third brand after Huawei to bring over their flagship foldable phone to the Philippines. Aside from that, TECNO also gave an aggressive price for the Phantom V Fold in the Philippines, specifically at an under Php 60k price point.
To recap, the Phantom V Fold has a 7.85-inch 120hz LTPO inner display and a 6.42-inch 120hz LTPO for the outer display. Powering the Phantom V Fold is a Dimensity 9000+ processor that’s paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. Among the foldables in the market, the Phantom V Fold has one of the biggest battteries at 5000mAh. The battery supports 45w charging, which TECNO claims can fully charge the Phantom V Fold in under an hour.
Outside of its form factor, the Phantom V Fold has a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel main camera, 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. For selfies, the Phantom V Fold hasv a 32-megapixel camera on the outer display and a 16-megapixel one on the inner display.

The Phantom V Fold is priced at Php 59,999 for the 12GB/512GB variant, which makes it the most affordable foldable phone in the Philippines. It will be available starting June 20.
