After Smart announced their prepaid eSIM last July, TNT ends 2023 strong as they announced that they will be offering an eSIM as well.
TNT’s own eSIM is affordable at Php 89, and it comes bundled with a Php 300 TNT load card if you purchase it on the Smart Online Store. Like Smart’s eSIM, the TNT eSIM comes with a QR code printed on a card, so users simply just need to scan the QR code to register and activate
Aside from the Smart Online Store, you can buy the TNT eSIM at Smart Stores nationwide, accredited retailers, SM Supermalls Customer Service desks, and Smart Flagship Stores on Lazada and Shopee.
With recently released phones offering support for eSIM, TNT’s offering enables users to take advantage of its wide coverage and affordable data, call, and text offerings without the need for a physical SIM slot. One of the perks of using an eSIM is that it is easy to activate and is secure from loss or damage compared to physical SIM cards. eSIM-capable devices include offerings from Apple, Huawei, HONOR, and Samsung.

TNT’s prepaid eSIM announcement follows a month after Guinness recognized the budget telco brand for the Longest Travel Livestream at 26 hours, 15 minutes, and 29 seconds under TNT’s Petmaloop Challenge.
