In order to prove the company’s after-sales reliability, Xiaomi has just opened the doors to its first Exclusive Service Center in the Philippines. Situated in the Market! Market! mall near points of interest such as Serendra and Bonifacio High Street, this service center seeks to be the one-stop shop for sales, service, and repairs on any Xiaomi products.
“The unwavering support of Xiaomi fans has been a crucial factor in our growth this year and we want to make sure we continue to deliver the best possible experience for them when it comes to their needs. The opening of this new exclusive center signals the start of more innovation when it comes to our customer service that we are aiming to bring to more Xiaomi fans nationwide,” shared Joel Salera, Xiaomi Philippines Service Manager.
According to Xiaomi, a VIP experience awaits prospective and returning customers. The goal is to make the entire process as seamless as possible, making each visit an occasion to look forward to. In addition to this physical store is the launch of Xiaomi’s online customer service portal, which customers can access live chat agents to inquire regarding products for sale or the progress of their own devices currently in service. These won’t take too long though as Xiaomi claims their device users can expect same-day service for minor repairs and a couple of days for more complex cases.
In just a span of a year, Xiaomi went from just 10 nationwide service centers to around 30, all while appointing some of these to be authorized service stations for their Xiaomi TV products. The company aims to match these efforts for next year by adding another Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center catering to their mobile, Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), and ecosystem lineup.
