Grab Teams up with Ninja Van for Regional Partnership

Ninja Van’s services will be integrated into the Grab App

Grab announced that they have invested an undisclosed amount in Ninja Van, leading to a strategic partnership in the Southeast Asia region. In a press release, both companies state “Ninja Van’s logistics services will be available on the Grab app via GrabExpress in the second quarter of this year.”

The partnership will roll out in phases across the region, starting in Singapore. This will enable GrabExpress to have Ninja Van’s features such as nationwide scheduled deliveries and inter-city deliveries. In addition, Ninja Van is also working on adopting GrabPay as a mode of payment.

“We’re excited about this partnership and how it will change the game for smaller businesses and social selling communities in Southeast Asia, even for consumers who may send parcels from time to time,” Ninja Van co-founder and CEO Lai Chang Wen said.

At present, Ninja Van caters to over 450 cities in the Southeast Asian region and is Shopee’s top choice for next-day deliveries.
