No need to download a client
Have an old, aged system but still want to crush Porings in your spare time? You might want to take a look at Ragnarok Journey, an MMORPG made by Gravity that allows you to play Ragnarok Online straight through your browser.
It’s a simplified version of Ragnarok Online, but Journey still has all the things that makes Ragnarok, well, Ragnarok. You still battle iconic monsters from the original game, and still have the ability to change jobs and explore Midgard without having to download an actual client.
Graphics are locked in a 3rd-person isometric view though, and it’s mainly a sprite-based game. The local version for the Philippines was announced yesterday in ESGS by none other than Mr. Yoshinori Kitamura, Chairman and CEO of Gravity Games.
If you want to kick the tires and experience the game for yourself with the international version, you can head on over here to try it out. You can also check out the local Facebook page here to get updates when the local version will be released.
