Good news to all Prepaid users!

No need to worry if your load will expire or not: Both Smart and Globe have complied with NTC’s latest memorandum extending the validity of all prepaid load for at least a year.

While both telco companies have implemented NTC’s memorandum last January 6 for prepaid loads Php 300 and above, the new compliance applies the year-long validity to prepaid loads Php 300 and below.

“We thank the government for giving us enough time to perfect this implementation and ensure the best possible experience for our customers,” Smart said in an email sent to us.

Making all prepaid load amounts valid for one year gives prepaid users peace of mind, easing them of worries that they will lose their load all of the sudden.
