Want to see the future of Windows 10 on your phone?
Microsoft has announced that the Windows 10 technical Preview for phones is now available for download. This announcement means that you’ll be able to take a sneak peek at the development of Windows 10 for mobile devices as it’s being firmed up by Microsoft, but it’s only available for a handful of Lumia smartphones for now.
Specifically, you Lumia 630, 635, 638, 730 and 830 owners can partake in the technical Preview. As its name suggests, the build that Microsoft released is a preview only. Bugs and numerous errors are to be expected, so we suggest not downloading this for your primary Lumia phone since there’s no guarantee that it won’t get bricked in the process. Also take note that the Technical Preview for phones will only come with the small subset of features that’s going to show up in the final build of Windows 10.
