Almost two years after ASUS took over Intel’s NUC business, the tech giant is finally bringing its ultra-compact desktop PCs to the Philippines starting with the NUC 14 Pro series.
The NUC 14 Pro+ has a silver body and is powered by up to a Core Ultra 9 processor with Arc integrated graphics. It can be configured with up to 48GB DDR5 RAM with two RAM slots and up to 6GB of SSD storage with an M.2 2280 and M.2 2242 slots. Despite its ultra-compact form factor, the NUC 14 Pro+ does not compromise in ports, as you get 3 USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, a USB-A 2.0 port, 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, an Ethernet port, and two Kensington lock ports.
The NUC 14 Pro, on the other hand, can be configured with up to a Core Ultra 7 processor, along with up to 48GB DDR5 RAM with two RAM slots. You can also configure it with up to 6GB of SSD storage with an M.2 2280 and M.2 2242 slots, and Tall Kits have an additional SATA port for up to a 4TB hard drive for additional storage. Like the NUC 14 Pro+, the NUC 14 Pro has a generous port selection that consists of 3 USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, a USB-A 2.0 port, 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, an Ethernet port, and a Kensington lock port. The NUC 14 Pro also adds an Intel WiFi 6E AX211 wireless modem and Bluetooth 5.3.
Also on display at their event are the NUC 15 Pro+ and NUC 14 Pro AI, both having Core Ultra (Series 2) processors, WiFi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. The former can support up to four 4K displays, while the latter has a built-in microphone and speaker for voice commands.
ASUS is offering two bundles for the NUC 14 Pro+. The Professional Bundle has a Core Ultra 5 processor and a 27-inch 120hz Full HD ASUS monitor and is priced at Php 46,140. ASUS is offering a promo price for it at Php 41,890 and Php 43,905 with the ASUS Webcam C3. There’s also a Medical Bundle that includes a 23.8-inch ASUS HA2441A HealthCare Monitor with a 2560×1440 resolution. This bundle has an official price of Php 78,050 and an early bird price of Php 74,890.
Other bundles include the Basic Bundle includes an NUC 14 Essential with an Intel N150 processor and a 23.8-inch 120hz Full HD ASUS monitor and an Educational Bundle that includes a NUC 13 Pro Slim with a 13th-Gen Core i5 processor and a 21.45-inch 100hz Full HD ASUS Monitor.
The Basic Bundle has an official price of Php 19,630 and a promo price of Php 16,460 and Php 18,650 with the ASUS Webcam C3. The Educational Bundle, on the other hand, has an official price of Php 37,020 and a promo price of Php 33,560 and Php 35,575 with the ASUS Webcam C3.
