Samsung is a brand that is always mentioned when it comes to durability as they are among the first ti add an IP67 rating to their midrange devices. The Galaxy A35 is one of their more affordable offerings, and its Exynos 1380 processor has decent power efficiency to maxmize its 5000mAh battery. While its official price is over Php 20k, Samsung has given price cuts to the Galaxy A35, so getting this midrange phone for under Php 20k is feasible in 2025.
HONOR X9c – IP65
HONOR will always be on the list if durability is the main topic. With the X9c, HONOR improved not just its drop resistance (thanks to a metal internal frame and several shock absorbing components), but also gave it an IP65 rating, making the X9c safe against water jets at any angle. The X9c beats the X7 Pro in terms of battery with its huge 6600mAh cell that can easily last you two days with regular use.
realme 13+ – IP65
While realme touts the 13+ as their more affordable offering that’s focused on performance, it’s nice to see that this midrange phone also has an IP65 rating, which means that low-pressure water jets should not be a problem. Being performance focused, the realme 13+ has a Dimensity 7300 processor and UFS 3.1 storage, along with an optimized display panel that allows you to game even under the rain.
OPPO Reno11 F – IP65
Before touting the A60 and A3x as durable budget phones, OPPO has the Reno11 F as its durable midrange offering thanks to an IP65 rating to make it safe to use under the rain. It’s also a solid midrange offering from OPPO with its ability to shoot 4k videos with its main and selfie cameras, making it a good option for content creators who are looking for a phone that can handle the elements.
