FitBit Debuts Charge 4 Fitness Tracker with Built-in GPS, Spotify Integration

Now with built-in GPS

FitBit announced its latest Charge fitness tracker with the Charge 4. Compared to its predecessor, the Charge 4 now has built-in GPS to help you track your distance and pace in real-time without depending on the phone’s GPS. The Charge 4 gets a new “Active Zone Minutes” feature that tracks any heart-pumping activity and combines them through a weekly tally of points to motivate users with their workouts.

A first for any FitBit band is Spotify integration—this time, you can use the Charge 4 to change tracks and playlists on the go. There’s also a smart wake feature that uses machine learning to determine when it is the best time to wake you up. Lastly, the Charge 4 has a built-in NFC chip, letting you do contactless payments through FitBit Pay.

The Charge 4 is priced at Php 9,590 for the regular edition in black, rosewood and storm blue/black and Php 10,890 for the special edition in an exclusive granite reflective/black woven band plus a classic black band. All Charge 4 variants will be available this month.
