Samsung has finally revealed the official date for its next Galaxy Unpacked event, which will be held in Seoul, Korea for the first time. We received an email about the upcoming event, and it is confirmed that it will happen on July 26, 7 PM Philippine Time. Factoring in time zones, the next Galaxy Unpacked event, where we expect to see the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5, the launch event will start in Korea at 8PM.
Based on the invite that we received, it seems that Samsung plans to highlight the Galaxy Z Flip5 on the July 26 launch. Judging from the teaser image, the Galaxy Z Flip5 appears to have a more boxy look and what looks like a revamped hinge. Perhaps Samsung might be introducing a new gapless hinge design on the Galaxy Z Flip5 to stay ahead of the competition.
The Galaxy Unpacked Event will be live streamed on Samsung Newsroom, Samsung.com, and Samsung’s YouTube channel on July 26, 7PM, so make sure to save those links if you want to stay in the loop at all the announcements Samsung will be making–who knows, they might have other surprises beyond the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5.
