Here’s the Possible Camera Setup of the vivo X100 Series

After vivo revealed its latest imaging innovations that include the V3 chip and a custom Sony sensor, we received some details about the possible camera setup that will be used on the upcoming vivo X100 series.

From what we have gathered, the X100 series are expected to utilize the V3 chip for image post-processing, and will have a 50-megapixel IMX989 main camera that has OIS and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The three models will differ with the telephoto camera: the standard X100 will use a 12-megapixel periscope camera with ZEISS optics. The Pro model, on the other hand, will use a “groundbreaking periscopic telephoto lens” while the Pro+ will push things to the limit with a 200-megapixel telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom.

Paired with the V3 chip and ZEISS optics, the entire X100 series is set to elevate standards when it comes to taking photos–be it portraits or low-light shooting.

Aside from having a very solid camera setup, the vivo X100 series are expected to pack powerful flagship processors. Based on what we’ve gathered, the standard X100 and the Pro version are expected to debut the Dimensity 9300, which will utilize next-generation Cortex-X4 prime cores and Cortex-A720 performance cores. The Pro+ model, on the other hand, is expected to debut the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

vivo should be revealing (and confirming) these details about the X100 series in the coming weeks, so stay tuned to the site.
