Nokia is officially back in the mobile phone business, under the auspices of HMD Global Oy. HMD signed a strategic licensing agreement with Nokia that grants them the exlcusive use of the iconic brand for mobile phones and tablets worldwide for the next 10 years.

Obviously neither HMD or Nokia will be producing the phones, that task will likely be subcontracted to other companies like Foxconn or their subsidiary FIH Mobile, which will make Nokia-branded feature phones.
