While it has been barely six months since HONOR announced the 50 series, the brand announced the 60 Series with a vanilla and Pro model in China. The 60 series may look similar to the 50 series, but the former settles for a triple rear camera setup and both variants go for curved displays–the Pro model getting a more sophisticated quad-curve display. Like their predecessors, the HONOR 60 series debut a new Qualcomm processor the Snapdragon 778G+.
As the naming implies, the Snapdragon 778G+ is a higher-clocked variant with its Kryo 670 Prime Core running at 2.5Ghz (vs. 2.4Ghz), along with an improved Adreno 642L GPU.

The vanilla and Pro models can be differentiated by their displays: the vanilla model has a 6.67-inch curved display, while the Pro model has a bigger 6.78-inch quad-curve display. Both phones have support for DCI-P3, 10-bit color, and a 120hz refresh rate. The vanilla HONOR 60 has the same 32-megapixel selfie snapper, while the Pro model has a new 50-megapixel selfie snapper with a 100-degree FOV.
Both models settle for a triple rear camera setup, ditching the 2-megapixel macro camera and retaining the 108-megapixel main camera and 2-megapixel depth sensor. While the vanilla model has the same 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera as the HONOR 50, the Pro model gets a new 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus for macro shots.
Both phones have a 4800mAh battery, which is a big step up from the battery capacity of the HONOR 50 series. Both also charge via 66w wired charging, which is a downgrade for the Pro model since the HONOR 50 Pro supported 100w charging.
