HONOR’s new mid-range offering, the HONOR 90 5G has gotten quite a positive reception in the Philippines ever since it was launched – so good in fact that it’s completely sold out just a few weeks of being in the open market.
That’s what HONOR Philippines is reporting. The brand stocked what they thought were enough units for two months, which only lasted for 4 days. That’s an impressive feat, considering the HONOR 90 5G isn’t a budget phone – it’s a mid-range phone that has a hefty Php 24,990 price tag.
The phone did very well in our review, and while we’re not surprised that the HONOR 90 5G sold out, we were taken aback at just how fast their stock for the Philippines got depleted.
To give you a reminder, the HONOR 90 5G comes with a 200-megapixel rear camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, a nice-looking AMOLED panel with PWM dimming tech, as well as a capable mid-range processor in the form of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor in its beautiful green body.
Long lines met many of the HONOR 90 5G buyers when the company opened their new stores for the launch of the new mid-ranger, which is another feather in the cap for the new HONOR team looking to carve their own space in the already crowded smartphone market in the Philippines.
