HONOR is making a big, big statement with the Magic5 Pro following its debut at MWC 2023: aside from being the new DxOMark king for camera performance with a score of 152, the Magic5 Pro also takes the DxOMark throne for display quality with a score of 151.
For camera performance, the Magic5 Pro outperforms the Mate 50 Pro by three points. Outperforming the Mate 50 Pro, DxOMark commends the Magic5 Pro for having excellent image quality across all three of its rear cameras, with the zoom performance offering a significant improvement over its predecessor.
Despite having roughly the same hardware as its predecessor, DxOMark explains that the Magic5 Pro’s performance is a great demonstration of how a better processor and well-optimized software can make a difference.
As for display performance, the Magic5 Pro beats the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max by two points. In its review, DxOMark said that the Magic5 Pro offers a very well-balanced display performance. These include the display being flicker-free, having a fast and accurate touch reaction, and excellent display brightness in practically every lighting condition.
Overall, these positive remarks DxOMark has for the Magic5 Pro show that HONOR is making a statement to the world even if it is no longer under Huawei.
