If you are using a P40, P50, or Mate 40 series phone, Huawei is offering a Kunlun glass upgrade to these devices.
While people think that Gorilla Glass is the standard for display protection, Huawei has made its own durable glass with Kunlun. Making its debut on the vegan leather version of the Mate 50 Pro, Huawei took several years to perfect Kunlun glass to protect its phones from drops and other day-to-day wear and tear.
With its nanocrystal composition, Huawei claims that Kunlun glass is 10x tougher than reinforced glass, and it has passed SGS’ Glass Drop Resistance Test, proof that Huawei’s in-house solution does deliver.
With Huawei being proud of its latest in-house innovation, they are offering a Kunlun upgrade to owners of the P40 and P50 series and the Mate 40 Pro. For the upgrade, P40 and P50 users only need to pay Php 3,299, while P40 Pro, P50 Pro, and Mate 40 Pro users will need to pay Php 4,999 to get their phones upgraded with the latest glass protection.
