Infinix to Launch NOTE 40 Pro Series in the Philippines on April 24

After making its global unveiling in Malaysia last March 18, Infinix has confirmed on their Philippines website that the NOTE 40 Pro series will be launching on April 24, which will coincide with the unveiling of their new brand ambassador. Based on their teaser, we expect to get an all 5G lineup that will consist of the Note 40 Pro+ and Note 40 Pro.

To recap, the NOTE 40 Pro+ leads the lineup with its 100w wired charging and 20w MagCharge (wireless charging) for its 4600mAh battery, which is a rarity for a mid-range Android phone. The NOTE 40 Pro+ also marks the first time Infinix’s NOTE series shifts to curved AMOLED displays, making them more premium.

Powering the NOTE 40 Pro+ is a Dimesity 7020 processor that’s paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB, and its triple rear camera setup is led by a 108-megapixel ISOCELL HM6 sensor that can do 3x in-sensor zoom and has OIS. Other noteworthy features of the NOTE 40 Pro+ include an IP53 rating, JBL-tuned stereo speakers, a vegan leather back option, and a software commitment of 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates.

We don’t know the pricing yet in the Philippines, but we expect Infinix to price the NOTE 40 Pro+ to have a lower price tag compared to its $309(~Php 18k) global SRP.
