The ZERO ULTRA was an important mid-range phone from Infinix as it showcased the best possible tech it can offer at under Php 21k. These include a curved 120hz AMOLED display, a 200-megapixel main camera, and Infinix’s groundbreaking 180w ThunderCharge wired charging solution. The latest model from the series was the ZERO 5G 2023, and that might be the last: Infinix is reportedly going to retire the ZERO branding for a GT branding, similar to realme’s approach when it comes to classifying its flagship devices.
According to MySmartPrice, the first model under Infinix’s new naming scheme will be called the GT 10 Pro, and is expected to debut someing in Q3 of 2023. This means that the GT 10 Pro will debut a year after the ZERO ULTRA.
Not much is known about the GT 10 Pro, but Infinix is expected to make its 260w wired and 110w wireless charging solutions as the main feature–given that the ZERO ULTRA did debut Infinix’s 180w wired charging solution. Carrying the internal code name X6739, the GT 10 Pro will reportedly use a Dimensity 9000 processor and will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Despite reportedly having a 260w wired charging solution, Infinix will equip the GT 10 Pro with a 5000mAh battery, which will be a feat considering that phone with charging speeds over 120w come with smaller batteries. Like the ZERO ULTRA, the GT 10 Pro is expected to retain the 200-megapixel main camera with OIS.
