After the ZERO 30 5G made its way to the Philippines last month, Infinix unveiled a toned-down 4G version in Indonesia. Despite some downgrades, the ZERO 30 4G retains the 108-megapixel ISOCELL HM6 main camera with OIS and the 50-megapixel selfie camera–though both cameras are limited to shooting 1440p video due to the limitations of the Helio G99 processor.
It still gets a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display like its 5G sibling, but the refresh rate is downgraded to 120hz. Charging speeds for its 5000mAh battery are slower at 45w, and it comes in an 8GB/256GB configuration. There’s no ultra-wide camera, as it is replaced by a 2-megapixel sensor. You do get an IP54 rating on the ZERO 30 4G, so water splashes should not be a problem for it.
Despite these changes, Infinix still markets the ZERO 30 4G as a vlogging phone–albeit limited to 2K 30FPS video recording, which is decent for most content creators out there. Aside from the Gold and Green color options, you also get a Pearl White option.
The official price of the ZERO 30 4G is Rp 3,099,000 or around Php 11.5k, but it has an early bird price of Rp 2,899,000, which translates to around Php 10.5k. We don’t know if Infinix has plans of bringing the ZERO 30 4G to the Philippines, but we will not be surprised if they will go aggressive and offer it at around Php 10k.
