Simply put, the S23+ is probably the best phone we’ve ever seen in the budget segment. While it’s not a powerful device with its use of a Unisoc T616 processor, the main draw here is that gorgeous 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display. While it only has a 60hz refresh rate, there’s practically no other brand in the market that has attempted to bring a curved AMOLED display at an under Php 8k price point. To make it even sweeter, that display also comes with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and an in-display fingerprint scanner–two features that you’ll not expect to see in any budget smartphone.
What itel has to offer with the S23+ is a breath of fresh air in providing a different way of value-for-money when it comes to gadgets. Beyond the display and generous RAM/storage configuration, itel rounds off the S23+’s insane spec sheet with a 50-megapixel main camera and 32-megapixel main camera.
