Following its launch in China last July and a global launch during IFA 2024, HONOR confirms that the Magic V3 is coming soon to the Philippines, making us a market that can experience the world’s slimmest foldable phone in person—and through official channels. “We are excited to introduce the slimmer and stronger foldable phone of HONOR. Its premium look has more than meets the eye which we can’t wait to unveil soon,” HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng said.
To further promote the Magic V3, the slender foldable was used to showcase a Guinness world-breaking record, where card-stacking extraordinaire Bryan Berg, placed the phone on top of a house of cards that’s 54 levels high in 8 hours.
Aside from being the slimmest foldable at just 9.2mm folded, the Magic V3 is a flagship through and through with its use of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It’s also roughly as light as the Magic6 Pro at 226 grams and features a 7-series aluminum frame and an IPx8 rating. You also get a bigger vapor chamber inside for better heat dissipation, along with a new 50-megapixel periscope camera with a 3.5x optical zoom that’s paired with a 50-megapixel main camera and 40-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Keeping the lights on is a 5150mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 66w wired and 50w wireless charging.
Make sure to stay tuned for the official pricing and availability of the HONOR Magic V3 in the Philippines.
