It has been a while since OnePlus had a new Nord model–the last one made available in the Philippines being the Nord 3. While the affordable Nord 30 SE is only sold in select regions, we think that the upcoming Nord CE4 might make its way to the Philippines soon.

Slated to launch in India on April 1, OnePlus has teased the look of the Nord CE4 with what appears to be a triple rear camera setup with a ring LED flash. From what has been teased so far, the Nord CE4 is confirmed to use a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and will be paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage–the latter being expandable.
While the RAM does not feel like an upgrade, the processor of choice is a big boost over the Snapdragon 782G used on the Nord CE4–which was not made available in the Philippines.
As for the design, the Nord CE4 will come in two color options, with OnePlus describing it as “screaming elegance and premium”. We presume that the Nord CE4 might have a glass back, but we will not be surprised if it’s getting a glasstic back panel instead.
Interestingly enough, the China-only Ace 3V appears to be similar to the Nord CE4 design-wise, but OnePlus confirmed that it will use a yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor. We don’t know if the Ace 3V and Nord CE4 are related, but other rumors state that the former might make its way globally as the Nord 4/5.
