The OnePlus 5T gets an additional feature
A few months after rolling out Android 8.0 to the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T, OnePlus is releasing Android 8.1 on both phones this month. Weighing in at 766MB, the update also includes the latest security patch as well.
Oher updates include optimizations for Gaming Mode and the addition of new features for the launcher, which include category tags for the search section and automatic naming of folders. OnePlus 5T users also get gesture support as well.
As of this writing, OnePlus is seeding the update to a small number of users, but expect the update to roll out to all OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T users.
