Looks very similar to OPPO’s A5
A few months after launching the Realme 1, OPPO’s sub-brand launched a new phone called the Realme 2. The new budget phone looks similar to OPPO’s A5, except that the Realme 2 has a fingerprint scanner at the back.
Since it is similar to the A5, the Realme 2 has a Snapdragon 450 processor paired with either 3GB or 4GB RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. You also get a 6.2-inch HD+ display, 4230mAh battery, a 13-megapixel f/2.2 + 2-megapixel f/2.4 rear cameras, and an 8-megapixel f/2.2 front camera.
The 3GB/32GB model is priced at INR 8,990(~Php 6.9k) while the 4GB/64GB model is priced at INR 10,990(~Php 10.4k) and will be on sale starting September 12. If that’s not enough, the brand hinted at a Realme 2 Pro coming soon, though we can’t picture how this variant will differ from the regular Realme 2.
