When we were doing our hands-on with the POVA 6 Pro, what stood out with this budget gaming phone was its flashy gamer aesthetics with LED lighting and a large 6000mAh battery at a body that’s just 7.9mm thin. Even more impressive is that the POVA 6 Pro supports 70w charging–a very rare combination for any budget phone.

The POVA 6 Pro is a capable budget gaming phone with its use of a Dimensity 6080 processor that’s paired with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM–the latter being rare to find on a budget phone. You also get a sizeable 6.78-inch 120hz AMOLED display on the POVA 6 Pro, along with stereo speakers for an immersive gaming experience. It even has an IP53 rating, which should ease your worries about accidental water splashes.
While the global SRP of the POVA 6 Pro is $229(~Php 13k) for the 8GB/256GB model, we expect TECNO to give a lower price in the Philippines, along with pre-order promos. We will not be surprised if TECNO pushes the POVA 6 Pro’s pricing to under Php 10k to make it stand out as a budget gaming phone.
