realme Teases Camera Capabilities of the 9 Pro+

realme is set to unveil the 9 Series on February 16, and it recently showcased the improved photography capabilities of the 9 Pro+ with its 50-megapixel IMX 766 main camera with OIS. In its Camera Lab Microsite, realme showcased several sample photos shot with the 9 Pro+ and compared them with three flagship devices.

Despite being more of a mid-range device, the sample photos presented show that the realme 9 Pro+ can match the camera performance of flagship phones, which is quite an impressive feat. Aside from an IMX 766 sensor, realme also teases the 9 Pro+’s ProLight imaging technology that aims to take clearer nightscape shots. Other confirmed specs of the realme 9 Pro+ include a 5G-ready Dimensity 920 processor and a color-changing back panel.

Rumored specs for the realme 9 Pro+ include 60w wired charging and a Super AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner

While realme has been highlighting the 9 Pro+ lately, the 9 Pro is expected to launch alongside it, and its rumored specs appear to be as promising. To recap, the realme 9 Pro is rumored to use a Snapdragon 695 processor, along with a 64-megapixel main snapper, 5000mAh battery with 33w wired charging, and a 6.6-inch AMOLED display.

In both cases, the realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ appear to be a big improvement over the 8 series last year, and we can’t wait to see what realme has in store come February 16.
