After it was made available through their global online store, Nubia sub-brand Red Magic is making the 8 Pro officially available in the Philippines. This time around, all Red Magic 8 Pro units will be available through local channels, making it much easier to secure a unit.
To recap, the Red Magic 8 Pro is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage to accommodate the power gamers need for their games. It features an active cooling system with a 20000RPM fan that further keeps the internals cool even at under high loads.
The Red Magic 8 Pro also has a notch-free 6.8-inch 120hz AMOLED display that feature’s ZTE’s second-gen under-display camera that uses a 16-megapixel sensor. Being a gaming phone, you get touch-based shoulder triggers for a better gaming experience, along with a large 6000mAh battery that supports 65w charging.
The Red Magic 8 Pro also has a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The Red Magic 8 Pro has an official price of Php 43,990 for the 12GB/256GB model and Php 53,990 for the 16GB/512GB model. It’s more expensive than the online price, but the official local price covers all the necessary taxes and duties.
