Redmi Note 13 Series Global Launch Set for January 15

Redmi Note 13 Series Global Launch Set for January 15

After being unveiled in China last September 13, Xiaomi finally gave a date for the global launch of the Redmi Note 13 series. Set for January 15, the global launch of the Redmi Note 13 series appears to include both Pro variants and a standard model. For the latter, we’re unsure if the Philippines will be getting both 4G and 5G variants of the Redmi Note 13.

What can be confirmed is that we expect to get at least both Redmi Note 13 Pro variants. On the teaser page, the four highlighted features refer to the Redmi Note 13 Pro+: from the 200-megapixel main camera with OIS, IP68 rating (a first for a Redmi Note phone), 1.5K AMOLED display, down to the use of a 4nm processor–which we know is a Dimensity 7200-Ultra processor.

The regular Redmi Note 13 Pro is also interesting: as a proper upgrade to last year’s Redmi Note 12 Pro, the Note 13 Pro will rock a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and will also have a 200-megapixel main camera as well. You also get a 1.5k AMOLED display, but it will be a flat panel instead of a curved one.

And while the Redmi Note 13 Pro series is confirmed for a global launch, it remains to be seen if Xiaomi will also offer the AAPE version as well. Given AAPE’s popularity as a streetwear brand, we hope Xiaomi makes this hypebeast phone available globally as well.
