Both phones finally get Samsung’s OneUI overlay

Here’s some good news if you happen to own a Galaxy A8 (2018) or Galaxy J6+: Samsung is officially rolling out Android Pie to both phones.

Both updates weigh a little over 1GB and include Google’s April 2019 Security Patch and Samsung’s OneUI overlay.

Samsung may be a month behind its Android rollout schedule for both phones, but at least the South Korean tech giant is making an effort to ensure most of its devices receive OneUI—which we think is Samsung’s best UI overlay to date.
