Sony’s latest and greatest have been priced in neighboring countries
While Sony PH hasn’t officially given us the SRP of their Xperia Z5 smartphone, pre-orders for the Z5 and Z5 Compact has gone live in neighboring Hong Kong and Singapore. Both territories have opened pre-orders for the Z5 but only HK is getting the Z5 Compact.

Sony’s pricing the Xperia Z5 at HKD 5,698 (around 34.3K) in Hong Kong, while the Z5 Compact comes out to HKD 4,798 (28.9K). In Singapore though, the Xperia Z5 will be priced at SGD 998 (32.K). If you’re in HK, you can now pre-order now until October 5, as the phones are scheduled to start delivery on October 7. In SG, pre-orders will end on October 11.
Obviously prices in both territories will be different from prices here in the PH, though it’s a good gauge on what kind of pricing to expect when both devices finally arrive here later this year.
