While the Redmi Note 10 series is already official globally, those residing in China get a slightly better version, as their Redmi Note 10 Pro comes with 5G connectivity.

Despite looking similar to the global Redmi Note 10 Pro, the China version drops the telemacro camera, switches to a 64-megapixel main rear camera, and goes for a LCD display (still with 120hz refresh rate) instead of an AMOLED panel. However, the China version gets a better set of internals with a 5G-ready Dimensity 1100 processor that is paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage. The internal storage is better in the China version, as the global version is limited to UFS 2.2 speeds. 

For the display, the China version is also better with its use of Gorilla Glass Victus (vs. Gorilla Glass 5 on the global version). The same goes for charging speeds, as the China version’s 5000mAh battery tops up via 67w wired charging—that is double the speeds of the 33w charging offered on the global version. As for the stereo speakers, the China version brags JBL tuning on them. For software, you are getting Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box—since this is a China variant, it will not come with Google Mobile Services.

Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G China Price

The China version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro is priced at CNY 1499(~Php 11.3k) for the 6GB/128GB model, CNY 1799(~Php 13.6k) for the 8GB/128GB model, and CNY 1999(~Php 15.1k) for the 8GB/256GB model. Sales of all three models will begin on June 1.
