The ROG Phone Officially Lands in the Philippines

The Gaming Phone battle has finally begun!

After ASUS unveiled its own interpretation of the gaming phone at COMPUTEX 2018, The Republic is finally bringing the ROG Phone to the Philippines. ASUS chose the last day of ESGS to make a statement at the arrival of this beast of a phone.

Aside from the ROG-inspired aesthetics, what makes the ROG phone special is its speed-binned Snapdragon 845 processor, paired with a vapor-chamber cooling system, 8GB RAM, and either 128GB or 512GB of internal storage. The setup propelled the ROG phone to be AnTuTu’s best-performing phone for the month of September.

Other key features of the ROG phone include its plethora of accessories that include the Aeroactive cooler, TwinView Dock, Mobile Desktop Dock, and GameVice ASUS WiGig Dock.

The ROG Phone will retail for Php 49,995 for the 128GB model and Php 61,995 for the 512GB model. Both variants come with an Aeroactive cooler, hard case, and an ROG jacket as part of the pre-order promo.

The complete set—which includes the TwinView Dock, Mobile Desktop Dock, GameVice WiGig Dock, Professional Dock, and ROG Suitcase—sells for Php 108,465 for the 128GB model and Php 120,465 for the 512GB model.

Pre-orders start today until November 8, and the first 10 pre-orders of the complete set will get it at a discounted price of Php 90,990 and Php 102,990 respectively.
