With OPPO set to unveil the Reno7 series, new reports reveal that unlike with its predecessor, there will be no Pro+ variant this time. Instead, OPPO will be going for a different approach and have a more affordable SE variant.
The latest report reveals that the Reno 7 will use a Dimensity 1200 processor (instead of a previously-rumored Dimensity 920) that is paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. It is said to have a 4500mAh battery with 65w charging, a 6.5-inch OLED display with a 90hz refresh rate, and a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel IMX 766 main camera, 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The Pro model, on the other hand, will get a 120hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 888 processor, and a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel ISOCELL GN5 main camera, 64-megapixel OV64B ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 13-megapixel telephoto camera. Like the vanilla model, it will also have a 4500mAh battery with 65w charging.
The third variant of the OPPO Reno7 series will be an SE model that has a Dimensity 920 processor that is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It will have a smaller 6.43-inch 90hz display, a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 64-megapixel OV64B main camera, 8-megapixel IMX355 ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 4300mAh battery with 65w charging.
