To be the first phone with UFS 3.1 storage
Ahead of its scheduled February 25 launch in India, vivo has been teasing key features of the iQOO 3 5G. To kick things off, an AnTuTu listing confirmed some of the iQOO 3 5G’s key specs which include a Snapdragon 865 processor, up to 12GB RAM, up to 256GB internal storage, and a Full HD+ display, on top of an almost 600000 score. That score is higher than the Mi 10 Pro’s 560000 score in the said benchmarking platform.
Aside from having LDDR5 RAM like the Mi 10 Series and Galaxy S20 series, the iQOO 3 5G will be one of the first phones to have UFS 3.1 storage. The new storage standard should deliver better read/write speeds compared to UFS 3.0, but we have to wait and see how big is the speed bump.

Going to the rest of the specs, the iQOO 3 5G will have a 6.44-inch AMOLED display and a 4400mAh battery with 55w wired charging and is rumored to have a quad rear camera setup: 64-megapixel main camera, two 13-megapixel cameras, and one 2-megapixel camera.
