This is Your Best Look at the vivo V30 Series

With vivo expected to unveil the V30 series soon, we have more or less an idea about the series with the unveiling of the S18 series in China. Since the S16 series (which eventually became the V27 series), these China-exclusive phones make their way globally as V-series models so we expect the S18 series to globally debut as the V30 series.

Consisting of the S18 and S18 Pro, both feature an all-new Aura Light that now has a square shape, along with a separate LED flash. The S18 has a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel OV50E main camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel OV08D10 ultra-wide camera. The S18 Pro steps up its camera game with a 50-megapixel IMX920 main camera with OIS, 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN1 Ultrawide, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.

Another key difference between both phones is the processor: the S18 Pro uses a Dimensity 9200+, while the standard S18 uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Common between both phones are a 5000mAh battery with 80w charging, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, and a 6.78-inch 120hz Curved AMOLED display with a 50-megapixel selfie camera that has eye autofocus and two soft LED lights.
