Aside from building hype for the Y100 that’s officially launches on April 27, vivo is further updating its Y series in the Philippines with the impending arrival of the Y03. The Y03 aims to replace the Y02 from 2022, and offers major upgrades across the board specifically with its internals as the latest entry-level offering from vivo in the Philippines.

Touted as vivo’s own budget gaming device, the Y03 comes with an Helio G85 processor that’s paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB of storage, with the latter being expandable up to 1TB. It comes with vivo’s suite of software enhancement tools like Ultra Game Mode and Multi Turbo 5.5 for an improved gaming experience even on a budget device. For its display, the Y03 is getting a 90hz panel that has vivo’s Sunlight Display for better viewing even under direct sunlight.

Other notable features of the Y03 include a 5000mAh battery with 15w charging, an IP54 rating, a 13-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, and Android 14 out-of-the-box.

The vivo Y03 is already listed at Shopee with a promo price of Php 3,799 until April 21. Its official SRP is Php 4,999, which is a reasonably affordable phone from vivo considering the specs it has to offer.
