In the race for foldable smartphones, Xiaomi follows Royole as the next brand to showcase what appears to be a fully working foldable phone.

Teased by Xiaomi President and Co-Founder Bin Lin on Facebook, Xiaomi’s approach involves the tablet-sized device having three folds instead of two folds. In Lin’s demonstration, the phone seamlessly transitioned from tablet mode to phone mode in roughly half a second.

The said video corroborates with the previous video we have seen from a few weeks back. There are vague details yet on Xiaomi’s foldable phone, but given these teaser videos, we expect the Chinese brand to launch it soon.
