If you are looking to build a smart home and have a tight budget, Cherry announced that it will be offering Smart Monitoring Starter Kit bundles that cover all the essentials. Available in both indoor and outdoor versions, the Cherry Smart Monitoring Starter kit comes with a multi-colored smart bulb, a lair of smart windoor sensors, and a smart camera–either the Smart Swivel S3 for the indoor kit or the Smart Bullet S2 for the outdoor kit.

When it comes to features, the Smart Multi-Colored Bulb has an 11w rating and can be controlled with Google Home or Amazon Alexa. It has a rated lifespan of 20,000 hours, and can be programmed with dimming, scheduled on/off, and adaptive music rhythm lighting. The Smart windoor sensors, on the other hand, can be fitted on any doors, windows, cabinets, dressers–and mounted using adhesives or screws. They have a dual-color LED status indicator and can inform you via Cherry’s Smarthome app of any open/close history records.

Going to the smart cameras, the Smart Swivel S3 can record video in Full HD and supports up to a 128GB MicroSD card. It has a wide viewing angle and intelligent motion tracking, along with 2-way audio between phone and camera with its built-in microphone. The Smart Bullet Camera S2, on the other hand, can record at a higher 3-megapixel resolution and supports 24/7 video recording and Tuya cloud storage for motion-detected recordings.

The Cherry Smart Monitoring Starter kit is priced at Php 2,300 for the indoor kit and Php 2,400 for the outdoor kit.
