GCash further expands its partnership with Alipay+ by allowing users to use the Ewallet platform in Europe. Some of the key countries included are the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Itay.
The cross-border payment service is part of GCash’s Global Pay service, which helps its customers have the convenience of hassle-free payments right in the comfort of their phone–with no additional service fees and real-time foreign exchange. Some of the key merchants and stores that can accept GCash via Alipay+ include:

- Liberty London (UK)
- Harvey Nichols (UK)
- Printemps (France)
- Müller (Germany)
- dm-drogerie market (Germany)
- itTaxi (Italy)
- IVS Group (Italy)

Paying for purchases abroad is easy: make sure to look for the Alipay+ logo upon checkout, open your GCash app, and select the QR/PayQR button. From there, you scan the merchant’s QR code or select “Pay Abroad with Alipay+” and make your transaction.
Aside from select countries in Europe, GCash can be used in select merchants in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Qatar thanks to its partnership with AliPay+. You can visit here for more details.
