After listing down the smartwatches that will support GCash QR, HUAWEI confirms that Watch Pay with GCash is finally rolling out in the Philippines, allowing users of the WATCH Ultimate, WATCH GT 4, WATCH GT 5 Series, WATCH D2, WATCH Fit 3, and Band 10 to conveniently pay via QR codes.

Here’s how to access GCash on your HUAWEI Wearable with Watch Pay:

1. Log in to your HUAWEI ID on your Android or HUAWEI phone. The HUAWEI ID region must be under the Philippines.
2. Connect HUAWEI Health to your HUAWEI smartwatch.
3. Log in to your GCash mobile app. Make sure your account is fully verified.
4. On your HUAWEI smartwatch menu, go to ‘Settings’ and select the ‘Payment’ option.
5. Find the ‘GCash’ option to install the app on your smartwatch. Open the app once installed.
6. Enter your GCash pin. Scan the QR code displayed via the GCash mobile app.
7. Select “Bind” on the GCash mobile app.
8. Both the GCash mobile app and the watch screen should show that the linking is successful.

After successfully linking their accounts to their HUAWEI wearables, users can immediately use their devices to conduct their transactions using the dynamic GCash QR payment code that will be displayed on their watch.
