itel has been killing it in the budget segment of the market, and today the company has officially launched the non-5G version of one of its best-selling phones. The itel P55 (4G) has a relatively low price in the Philippines, and features mostly the same things that made its 5G sibling great.

The itel P55 Might be the Most Affordable 5G Phone
The biggest change here is that the phone has a new UNISOC T606 processor, likely because of the lack of 5G in the phone. itel makes up for that by offering more RAM at 8GB (+16GB of extended memory) and up to 256GB of expandable storage.
Regarding the cameras, you’re getting a 50-megapixel main shooter, plus an unspecified (and probably filler camera). The screen is just an IPS HD+ one, and the rest of the specs don’t impress: 8-megapixel selfie shooter, 3.5mm audio jack, Type-C charging, Android 13, 5000mAh battery plus 18W charging.
