If you can remember, the LTO along with the Department of Transportation (DOTr) has launched the CitiSend app where people can submit reports of road incidents they witness real time. Now, the inauguration of the new Central Command Center (C3) at the main office of the LTO in Quezon City makes all the reports even more important and beneficial for all.

Reports done through the app will now be reviewed and centralized at the the new Central Command Center making it easier and in direct contact with local government units that can take immediate actions at the scene.

LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante has stated that the new center is “one of the flagship programs that the LTO has dared to pursue and was built to empower each and every road user.”

In addition to being the main command center for road incident reports, the C3 is also the LTO’s joint operation center with the Philippine National Police (PNP) for road-related crimes.
